Some pointed out that “bella,” spelled with two L’s, means beautiful in Italian. Others claimed it was shorthand for Belarus. Whatever the meaning, it didn’t take long for Trump critics to pounce.
Newsom and the Left Jump on Trump’s Post
California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s press office wasted no time, declaring: “We broke Donald Trump.” The Democrat’s team even recycled their old insults about Trump’s “tiny hands,” proving once again that their obsession with the 45th President hasn’t faded.
The disgraced Lincoln Project — a group of so-called “conservatives” who work hand-in-hand with the Left — compared the post to Trump’s famous 2017 “covfefe” tweet.
Even George Conway, a longtime Trump critic, chimed in, claiming “bela” was a mix of “covfefe.”
And Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-Fla.) used the moment to attack House Oversight Chairman James Comer, who has been exposing Biden family corruption.
Media Distraction From Real Problems
Instead of focusing on rising crime, record inflation, or the Biden administration’s foreign policy failures, the media chose to hyperventilate over Trump’s harmless post.
