Trump Responds To Hillary
In an unexpected turn, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said she would put President Donald Trump’s name forward for a Nobel Peace Prize — but only if he manages to bring the deadly Russia-Ukraine war to an end.
Speaking on the Raging Moderates podcast, Clinton said Trump would deserve the honor if he could secure a ceasefire without forcing Ukraine to surrender territory to Vladimir Putin.
“If President Trump were the architect of that, I’d nominate him for a Nobel Peace Prize,” Clinton stated.
Trump Responds with Humor at 30,000 Feet
Aboard Air Force One, Fox News anchor Bret Baier asked Trump about Clinton’s surprising praise.
“That’s very nice,” Trump said with a grin. “I might have to start liking her again.”
High-Stakes Meeting with Putin Looms
President Trump is heading to Alaska for a critical face-to-face with the Russian leader — a meeting he says could bring peace to Eastern Europe.
Trump has vowed to deliver results, telling reporters earlier Friday that he is prepared to walk away if Putin refuses terms that protect Ukraine’s sovereignty and align with America’s national interests.
A Promise to End the War
Ending the Russia-Ukraine conflict has been one of Trump’s signature campaign pledges. Supporters say his tough negotiating style — proven on the world stage — gives him the credibility to make it happen.
The full, unfiltered interview between Trump and Baier will air tonight on Fox News’ Special Report, giving Americans an inside look at how Trump plans to achieve what global elites have failed to deliver — lasting peace.
