Austin, TX – In a dramatic showdown at the Texas Capitol, Governor Greg Abbott (R) has ordered the immediate arrest of Democrat lawmakers who fled the state in a last-ditch effort to block Republican-led redistricting efforts ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.
