Trump Team Calls Out Corrupt Judges
In a fiery response to a Biden-era judicial ruling, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem blasted a federal judge for halting key immigration enforcement actions in California, calling the decision “pure politics” that undermines national security.
The ruling came from U.S. District Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong — a Biden appointee — who issued temporary restraining orders restricting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from removing illegal immigrants based on race, language, or job status. The order also mandates that detainees be given access to attorneys.
“This ruling is outrageous,” Noem said during Fox News Sunday. “We never targeted anyone based on race or language. That’s a false narrative pushed by activists, not facts. ICE is doing exactly what law enforcement has done for years — protecting American families.”
Noem warned that unelected judges are becoming political operatives, saying, “Too many federal judges have abandoned their duty to uphold the law. It’s not their job to legislate from the bench. We’re going to appeal this ruling, and we will win.”
The Secretary stressed that ICE agents are focused on removing criminals and dangerous individuals, not profiling ordinary people. “The idea that our brave ICE officers are discriminating is a lie. They are risking their lives to keep violent offenders off the streets.”
Noem’s remarks came just days after Trump’s former border czar Tom Homan explained on Fox & Friends that ICE and Border Patrol agents don’t need probable cause to conduct brief detentions. He emphasized that immigration law allows agents to act based on behavior, location, and other clear signs of illegal presence.
“ICE officers have every legal right to investigate based on articulable facts,” Homan said. “We can’t let open-borders radicals tie the hands of law enforcement.”
This latest court order arrives as sanctuary cities like Los Angeles face mounting public backlash over a surge in illegal immigration and crime. Recent ICE operations in Southern California sparked left-wing protests, but law-abiding Americans are increasingly calling for stronger enforcement — not less.
As the 2024 election aftermath continues to reshape national policy, this judicial interference is renewing calls for a return to America First immigration policies that prioritize safety, sovereignty, and the rule of law.
