Trump Vows To Remove Controversial Republican
A new conservative super PAC tied to President Donald Trump is taking direct aim at Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) — launching a powerful $1 million ad campaign that exposes the congressman’s repeated votes against Trump’s America First agenda.
The 30-second ad, released Friday by MAGA Kentucky, is titled “What Happened to Thomas Massie?” and delivers a blistering message to voters across the Bluegrass State. Massie is accused of siding with far-left Democrats like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Bernie Sanders, voting against key legislation to secure the southern border, cut taxes for working Americans, and support U.S. military strength abroad.
“After President Trump destroyed Iran’s nuclear weapons program, Massie sided with the Ayatollah and the radical left,” the narrator warns, showing shocking images of Iran’s Supreme Leader next to Massie, AOC, and Sanders.
The message is clear: Massie has turned his back on conservative values, and Trump supporters are fighting back.
Massie responded on social media, claiming his opposition was due to recent Senate edits to Trump’s tax and spending bill. He argued those changes allowed taxpayer funding for gender transition procedures on minors — a hot-button issue among parents and conservatives.
“The BBB now allows funding sex changes for minors,” Massie wrote on X. “This ad criticizes me for voting no, but ignores the Senate’s betrayal. By their logic, anyone supporting those changes supports sex changes for kids.”
But Trump loyalists aren’t buying it. This ad marks the first strike in what promises to be a high-profile political battle. Earlier this week, Trump’s senior advisor Chris LaCivita announced the official launch of MAGA Kentucky, a PAC with one mission: Defeat Thomas Massie and replace him with someone who will stand with President Trump.
“Massie prefers the politics of AOC and the radical left over Donald Trump and the America First movement,” LaCivita told NewsNation. “Voters in Kentucky deserve a fighter — not a traitor.”
As 2024 approaches, this showdown is set to ignite grassroots energy across the conservative movement.
