America Disapproves Of Trump’s Actions?

In the wake of President Donald Trump’s decisive airstrikes on three Iranian nuclear sites, a new CNN/SSRS poll shows the American public sharply divided—but Republican support remains rock-solid.

🔴 National Security in Focus
According to the survey conducted June 22–23, 56% of Americans disapprove of the U.S. military action in Iran, while 44% support it. The split follows clear party lines, underscoring the deep divide over how America should respond to growing threats in the Middle East.

🔵 Democrats Predictably Oppose
Among Democrats, opposition to President Trump’s action was nearly unanimous—88% disapprove of the strikes, while only 12% approve. It’s a response that reflects their long-standing resistance to Trump’s strong national defense policies.

🟥 Republicans Stand Behind Trump
In contrast, 82% of Republicans voiced approval, with just 18% disapproving. The poll also shows that President Trump’s base continues to trust his leadership on military matters, with 51% of Republicans saying they have a “great deal” of trust in his decision-making, and another 37% saying they trust him “moderately.”

🔶 Independents Lean Negative—but Not Overwhelmingly
Among Independent voters, 60% said they disapproved of the military action, while 40% approved. When it comes to trust, 39% said they trust President Trump “not at all,” while 15% still expressed “a great deal” of trust in his judgment on Iran.

⚠️ Public Concern Grows About Iranian Threat
Even before the ceasefire was announced, 58% of respondents said the strikes could make Iran more dangerous, while 27% believed they would reduce the threat, and 15% said it would have no impact.

🕊️ Ceasefire in the Balance
The survey was completed before President Trump announced a ceasefire agreement between Iran and Israel. Trump criticized both countries for continued attacks, urged restraint, and brokered a pause in hostilities. Israel agreed, keeping the fragile truce alive—for now.

Why This Matters

This latest poll reinforces that President Trump remains a trusted leader among Republicans, even as the mainstream media tries to undermine his decisive action against dangerous foreign regimes. As tensions rise in the Middle East, America needs a commander-in-chief who acts with strength, not hesitation.
