An unsealed FBI affidavit reveals Soliman planned the terror attack for nearly a year. He targeted what he described as a “Zionist group” after discovering their weekly gatherings online. He allegedly waited until his daughter graduated before executing the plan. Soliman resides in Colorado Springs with his wife and five children.
