Kamala Announces Another Governor Run

Another liberal disaster in the making? Kamala Harris may be eyeing California’s top job—and Republicans are ready to turn up the heat.

Kamala Harris Considers 2026 Gubernatorial Run

After a failed presidential campaign and a turbulent vice presidency, Kamala Harris is now considering a bid to become the next governor of California in 2026. But while Democrats may see her as the frontrunner, conservatives are welcoming the idea—with open arms.

According to insiders, the former vice president is expected to make her decision by the end of summer. And even though California is a deep-blue state, Harris’ name on the ballot could energize Republican voters—and donors—nationwide.

“She’d Be a Fundraising Goldmine—for Republicans”

Veteran GOP strategist Dave Gilliard didn’t mince words: “Kamala Harris running for governor would open the floodgates. National donors would see it as a chance to take another pound of flesh.”

And he may be right. With the Democratic Party doubling down on failed progressive policies, conservatives see 2026 as a golden opportunity to highlight California’s decline under liberal rule—skyrocketing homelessness, rising crime, and out-of-control taxes.

Possible GOP Challengers: Grenell and Bianco in the Mix

Among the potential Republican contenders: Richard Grenell, President Trump’s former ambassador and special envoy, and Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco—a law-and-order conservative with grassroots appeal.

Sheriff Bianco was blunt: “Kamala didn’t earn those votes in California. People were just voting against President Trump. That’s not leadership—it’s fear politics.”

Kamala Underperformed in Her Own State

Despite winning California in 2024, Harris lagged behind President Biden’s 2020 numbers. In fact, several counties flipped red, swinging in favor of President Donald Trump—proof that not all Californians are buying what the radical left is selling.

Democrat Field Already Crowded

Other liberal hopefuls include Rep. Katie Porter, former HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra, and Lt. Gov. Eleni Kounalakis. With Gov. Gavin Newsom term-limited, the left is scrambling to find a successor.

But none of them bring the baggage Harris does.

Trump Factor Still Looms Large

While Trump’s approval rating in California sits around 30%, his influence remains strong among conservative and independent voters sick of California’s collapse under Democrat control.

A state GOP official told Politico, “The more the left obsesses over Trump, the more regular folks tune out their fearmongering and ask, ‘What has Kamala actually done for us?’”

California: Ground Zero for Failed Liberal Leadership

Whether it’s open-air drug markets, failing public schools, or anti-business regulations, California is often cited as the blueprint for everything wrong with progressive governance. Kamala Harris would only double down on that broken model.

Conservatives Ready to Fight—And Fund

Even in a state where a Republican victory is a long shot, GOP leaders see a Harris campaign as the perfect opportunity to rally the base, raise funds, and expose the failures of Democrat leadership.

“It’s like running against Nancy Pelosi,” said one strategist. “You might not win, but you get a chance to show the country just how far left California has fallen.”

Stay Tuned—2026 Could Get Ugly

Kamala Harris thinks she has a home-field advantage. But the tide in California may be shifting, one fed-up voter at a time. If she runs, expect fireworks—and a national spotlight.
