Liberals Ask Trump To DOGE Himself
In a fresh round of attacks on President Donald J. Trump, liberal radio personality Charlamagne tha God criticized the idea of a military parade in Washington, D.C., calling it “wasteful” despite conflicting reports and no official confirmation from the White House.
Left-Wing Host Attacks Patriotic Display of U.S. Military Strength
On Tuesday’s edition of The Breakfast Club, co-host Charlamagne — whose real name is Lenard McKelvey — went on a tirade, blaming President Trump for what he described as a “failing economy” and criticizing possible parade plans to celebrate the Army’s 250th anniversary on June 14, which also happens to be Trump’s 79th birthday.
“Federal jobs are being lost, the economy is in the toilet, and people’s 401(k)s are being slashed,” he claimed.
This criticism comes right after President Trump introduced a bold new set of tariffs aimed at protecting American manufacturing and restoring trade fairness, a campaign promise that continues to resonate with hard-working, middle-class Americans — even as Wall Street reacts with uncertainty.

Military Parade Sparks Debate — But No Official Event Confirmed
Multiple outlets — many with a clear left-wing bias — reported that a military parade was being planned. However, a White House official quickly clarified that “no parade has been scheduled,” putting the media frenzy into perspective.
In truth, President Trump has long supported honoring our troops and strengthening the military, something his critics often mock. Back in 2018, a proposed parade inspired by France’s Bastille Day event was shelved after Pentagon officials cited an exaggerated $92 million price tag — much of it bloated by red tape and internal logistics.
Charlamagne mocked the idea again this week, even taking a swipe at Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), asking sarcastically, “Where’s DOGE when you need them?”
He continued, “You should just throw a small party at Mar-a-Lago with family and close friends. Don’t involve our military in this foolishness.”

Americans Still Support President Trump’s Vision for a Strong America
While celebrities and leftist media figures scoff at the idea of celebrating our armed forces, millions of Americans — especially seniors, veterans, and patriotic families — continue to stand behind President Trump’s vision for American greatness, economic independence, and military strength.
The real question isn’t whether Trump deserves a parade — it’s why the media is so afraid of American pride.
