“Maybe [Trump] ought to first look at Melania,” Waters said during her speech. “We don’t know whether or not her parents were documented. Maybe we better just take a look.”

Rep. Nydia Velázquez (D-N.Y.) took it even further, saying Musk should “go back to South Africa,” despite the fact that he legally immigrated and contributed billions to the American economy.
