Pelosi and a lot of her very wealthy friends are in trouble.
WAUKESHA, WISCONSIN — Elon Musk is asking the question every honest American has been thinking for years: How are career politicians becoming multi-millionaires on taxpayer-funded salaries?
Speaking to a packed town hall on Sunday night, Musk made it clear—his team at the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is now investigating what he called “unusual and unexplained wealth” among members of Congress.
“Follow the Money” — Musk Says It’s Time to Expose the Corruption
Musk responded to a question from a local resident asking if DOGE had uncovered any suspicious financial ties between USAID and well-known Democrat figures including Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA), Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA), and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY).
“The money gets routed through foreign NGOs… and eventually, I believe a significant portion ends up back in the U.S.—right in the pockets of the very people writing the checks,” Musk warned.
This type of “circuitous laundering,” as Musk called it, may be the hidden reason why so many public servants in D.C. are living like CEOs.
Lawmakers Making $174K… Living Like They’re on Wall Street?
Rank-and-file members of Congress earn $174,000 per year. And yet, according to Musk, that hasn’t stopped them from building multi-million-dollar personal fortunes.
Just consider the numbers:
- Nancy Pelosi (D-CA): Estimated net worth of $250 million, thanks in large part to her husband’s timely investments in Big Tech stocks like Apple, Amazon, and Google.
- Rick Scott (R-FL): Worth over $550 million, though most of his wealth was earned before entering the Senate via healthcare ventures.
“How does someone making under $200K a year walk away with $20 million in assets?” Musk asked. “We’re going to find out. And stop it.”
Musk’s Anti-Corruption Crusade Goes Local in Wisconsin
Musk didn’t just come to Wisconsin to talk. He came to support conservative judge Brad Schimel in a pivotal Wisconsin Supreme Court race—a battle that could determine the future of redistricting, abortion laws, and judicial overreach in the state.
To make a splash, Musk handed out two $1 million checks to Wisconsin voters who signed his petition calling out “activist judges.”
“This is about getting attention,” Musk explained. “And sure enough, the legacy media is losing its mind.”
Why This Supreme Court Race Matters for Conservatives
The election pits Brad Schimel against liberal Judge Susan Crawford—and the stakes couldn’t be higher.
With Democrat Governor Tony Evers locked in a political tug-of-war with the GOP-led legislature, the state’s high court could soon weigh in on issues that affect everything from election integrity to Second Amendment rights.
Final Thoughts: Musk’s Fight for Accountability Is Just Beginning
Elon Musk is no stranger to shaking up the system. But this time, it’s not about rockets or electric cars—it’s about exposing corruption in our own government.
He’s not afraid to name names. He’s not afraid of the backlash. And most importantly, he’s not afraid to follow the money.
Because at the end of the day, you deserve to know where your tax dollars are really going.
