Trump Gets A Friday Morning Surprise
The crooked and corrupt Jan 6th Committee has finally released their full subpoena against former President Donald Trump.
The Jan 6 Panel highlighted “19 areas of inquiry” that they want to discuss with Donald Trump face to face and are now asking him to appear on November 14th.
According to The Hill, Democrat Chair Bennie Thompson and Republican Vice Chair Liz Cheney said in a joint statement, “As demonstrated in our hearings, we have assembled overwhelming evidence, including from dozens of your former appointees and staff, that you personally orchestrated and oversaw a multi-part effort to overturn the 2020 presidential election and to obstruct the peaceful transition of power.”
This decision to issue a subpoena against former President Donald Trump is remarkable and many Republicans are calling it an absolute abuse of power.
The official subpoena comes after the Jan 6 Committee voted unanimously on the decision to do so.
While it is going to be funny to watch former President Donald Trump appear before the committee and absolutely destroy them with facts, it is still something that a former president shouldn’t have to do.
